The stator shaft is an important component of the CVT. Production of this component requires a high level of precision with tight tolerances in terms of roundness, cylindricity, and straightness. Load waveform data, generated by the process in which plugs are pressed into flanges, is stored via computer in order to achieve traceability for each and every unit produced.
